Comparative Analysis of Sufentanil and Fentanyl Anesthesia in Laparoscopy

Objective:To compare the effect of sufentanil and fentanyl anesthesia in laparoscopy.Methods:60 cases with laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group received sufentanil,the control group received fentanyl,compare the anesthetic effect.Results:The observation group,4 minutes after tracheal intubation,15 minutes after the pneumoperitoneum,tracheal extubation and 5 minutes after the extubation,the heart rate and mean arterial pressure was significantly lower than the control group,spontaneous breathing recovery time,eye opening time at request,conscious time,extubation time were significantly less than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:There was the small effects in hemodynamic change,good quality of waking up after sufentanil used in laparoscopic surgery of anesthesia.
