Abstract

With rice straw powder and corn straw stem powder as fermentation substrate for solid-phase fermentation, this experiment studies Trichoderma L-7.It discusses the influence of the proportion of rice straw powder and corn straw stem powder, the variety of carbon source and nitrogen source, water content of culture medium, initial pH value of culture medium, fermenting temperature and time,as well as ventilatory capacity on the production of cellulas. The results show that the best fermentation medium contains rice straw powder 54.0g,corn straw stem powder 27.0g,mesh 19.0g,glucose 1.0g,KH2PO4 0.1 g,water content of culture medium 1∶3,The best condition for solid fermentation is initial pH value 6.0,fermentation temperature 30℃,fermentation time 6 days and ventilatory capacity 60 g / 1000 ml.When Trichoderma L-7 is in the best fermentation medium and the best condition, cellulose is the highest.
