Abstract
The procedure for obtaining single cell protein from corn straw by simultaneous solid fermentation was studied in this paper. After mixed fermentation of Trichoderma uirde and Canada utilis, the yeast's protein was obtained.During the fermentation, the optimum condition of simultaneous solid fermentation were investigated by using orthogonal test.We got 7.40% SCP from corn dry straw in the condition of 511U/g(FPA)cellulase substrate,1:2~1:3water,10%yeast 30℃ fermentation,48hours.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
