On the Development of Translatior’s Awareness of Context

Abstract
Context is a kind of linguistic phenomenon related to the use of language. It exerts much influence on determining the meaning of a specific word or passage, as well as the whole text. It also limits the range of possible interpretation of a word, phrase, sentence etc. Linguistic context, situational context and cultural context are closely related to translation, so it’s necessary that translators should develop their awareness of context.
