The Analysis of Dual-Certificate System of Personnel Training in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract

Higher vocational education is an important part of education of a country,and it is of the outstanding characters in the career-oriented educational aims and regional-oriented specialties,and it has advantages in the professional quality training and technical competencies and innovation consciousness. Under the pressure of employment competition,professional qualification certificate system is used in higher vocational education and many higher vocational colleges tried to practice the dual-certificate system.Marketing and planning is the comparatively successful major in the practise,so it has the reference significance for the personnel training in higher vocational education to analyze the problems of duai-certificate system of higher vocational education.
