On the construction of vocational qualification certificate system in higher vocational colleges

Abstract
Higher vocational education in specialty construction differs from the ordinary higher education.Specialty in higher vocational education is not the discipline specialty,but mainly the technical specialty,therefore the higher vocational colleges carry out vocational qualification certificate system,which appears especially significant.Combining the experience of overseas vocational qualification system development,the article explores the construction of vocational qualification certificate system for its meaning,current development situation and direction,showing that the construction must be enforced in higher vocational colleges in our country.
