Application value of three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound in septate uterus combined with pregnancy

Objective To explore the application value of three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound in septate uterus combined with pregnancy.Methods The uterine coronal section was obtained by three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound,the morphous of uterine fundus and uterine cavity were observed,and the sonographic features of 26 cases of septate uterus combined with pregnancy were analyzed.Results In 26 patients with septate uterus combined with preghanly,there were 22 cases of incomplete septate uterus and 4 cases of complete septate uterus,10 cases of those showed normal sonograms of early pregnancy,8 cases showed early pregnancy combined with intrauterine hematoma,8 cases showed stillbirth or missed abortion,and 5 cases were combined with muscular tumor.Conclusion Coronal plane of three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound can clearly show the morphous of uterine fundus and uterine cavity. It has important value in diagnosis of septate uterus combined with pregnancy,and it is the key point to the miscarriage prevention treatment and success of the artificial abortion operation.
