Enhancing Structural Reform of Laboratory Management and Promoting the Level of Scientific Standardization

This paper focuses on the need of constructing experimental teaching management mode, cultivating innovative talents needed in our country,and establishing laboratory management system suitable to meet the new situation of colleges and universities. For the purpose of developing students' experimental skills,innovative capability and comprehensive quality,and integrating existing resources of the laboratory,we introduced a series of reform and exploration on the laboratory management system. The reform contains laboratory opening up and internal and external experimental base construction,and other problems that exist in the university laboratory management system The article also elaborates that the reform of laboratory management mode is a fundamental guarantee to have the students master professional practical skills,to improve the utilization of laboratory equipment,and to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with great professional skills and practical abilities. The goal is to realize scientific standardization of the university laboratory,and to make the university laboratory management mode into perfection.
