This article has been researched from the laboratory construction planning, management systems and the role of laboratory equipment efficiency and other aspects, for the propose of providing a basic guarantee for developing innovative talents to construct the effectiveness of laboratory management, reform the laboratory construction planning, build experimental information management platform and improve laboratory construction and management level.
