Abstract
Through analyzing of the present situation between Chinese procuratotial organs and the public security organs and researching on the basis of legislation and practice of the main nations in the world, the article sights into the disorder between Chinese procuratorial organs and the public security organs in criminal procedures. Then, based on the above study, the article suggests the object mode and the ideal way to reconstruct the relationship between Chinese procuratotial organs and the public security organs.
