Abstract

The paper discusses the importance of a good ecological environment for Hainan Province in light of the trend of human development and the social-economic conditions of the Province, and then recommends strategies in construction of Hainan province as a Special Zone with ecological environment. Moreover, it offers basic guidelines for tourism development in the Special Zone as well as workable measures for action.
