An Empirical Study of Interactive Relationship between Industrial Structure and Employment Structure——Based on Data Analysis from 1978 to 2013 in Zhejiang Province

Industrial structure is the carrier of employment. The employment is the key of the success of the industrial structure optimization and adjustment. This paper embarks from the economic development in Zhejiang Province,and deals with the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure using co-integration test and impulse response; the results show that industrial structures of the second and third industries have a positive impact on total employment scale; at the same time,for both the second and the third industries,adjustment of employment structure has a positive effect on the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,but the effect is not obvious.
