Abstract
The optimization of semisynthetic medium for Schizophyllum commune was studied. The medium components were optimized by both single factor experiment and orthogonal experiments, and the optimal medium contained:glucose 50.0g/L,soybean powder 6.0g/L,KH2PO4 3.0g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 0.5g/L.In the study of Schizophyllum commune cultivated in a 5L fermentor, when semisynthetic medium was used, the yield of mycelium and production of exopolysaccharide were 17.2% and 30.0%,which was higher than that in the wort medium, respectively. This low cost semisynthetic medium was easier to make,so it is more applicable than the wort medium in the industrial culture of Schizophyllum commune.
