Abstract
By using of the method of literature,logical analysis etc,the authors carry on analysis research on the influence factors of the development of basketball rules.The results show basketball contest rules and basketball complement each other,and develop commonly,in addition,the development of the basketball rules is still influences by sports environment,such as politics,economy,culture ect.,thus reflect the social and era's characteristic of development of basketball.
