Abstract
This articie points out that regulation changes have made a tremendous impact on the development of basketball technique and strategy through the research on the relationship between them.Moreover,new basketball techniques and strategies are being developed.The research on basketball regulation helps coaches and players create new basketball techniques and strategies and improve the level of basketball.
