Abstract
AB-96 zeolite catalyst for vapor-phase alkylation o f benzene with ethylene to produce ethylbenzene had been successfully applied in P anjin unit. It was shown that the behavior of AB-96 catalyst was totally compa ra ble to that of imported catalyst. Its commercial application will greatly inc rea se the economic benefits of ethylbenzene plants.
