Effect of Emigrant State and County on Districts in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and the Southern Dynasty

Abstract
Emigrant state and county were widely set in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and the Southern Dynasty.The setting of emigrant state and county in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and the Southern Dynasty affected the setting and the system of districts widely and deeply.The overflowing of districts,the setting of other kind of special districts,the decline of the system of districts and so on were all related with the setting of emigrant state and county.But the advantage of setting of emigrant state and county in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and the Southern Dynasty was bigger than shortcoming.
