Research on the Present Situation and Cultivation of Sports Consciousness of College Students

Sports consciousness is the development direction of modern college physical education and is all-level school sports education development trend in the new century.The paper uses the method of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to investigate 300 college students' sports consciousness.The results show that the college students' sports consciousness has some problems in sports knowledge,sports awareness,physical education and sports activity attitude.In view of this situation,the paper analyzes the causes and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures which is the reference and guidance for cultivating college students' sports consciousness.
