Clinical Observation of Guiqiwei Decoction in treatment of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guiqiwei decoction in treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Methods200 cases of vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group(100 cases) were given tetramethylpyrazine piece. Treatment group(100 cases)were given Guiqiwei decoction. 14 days continuous treatment,efficiency,changes in blood rheolog of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results Two groups can improve hemorheology index,but the treatment group improved more significantly(P 0. 05). The low- cut,whole blood viscosity in two groups hare,high shear whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity significant difference(P 0. 05) before and after treatment. The total effective rute of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P 0. 05). Conclusion Guiqiwei decoction treatment of vertebrobasilar lack of a significant effect.
