With the development of cultural management and the development of the human resources, as well as the instability of the enterprises’ surviving environment, the ideological and political workers begin to play more and more important role in predicting and analyzing the trends of the developing policy environment. Hence, the author suggests that the top managers should pay more attention to the managerial function of the ideological and political work, and the ideological and political workers should adjust their work goal and content , improve their work skills so as to keep up with the development of the society.
