Abstract
The enterprises' ideological and political work concrns the pricess of enterpries' reform and overall development,the improvement of enterprises' benefit,and the solid base of national economy,meanwhile,it is also important subject in Party construction.The article explores the new way,cancept,methods of the enterprises' ideological and political work in new situation,in order to improve the personification,human and physical in the enterprises' ideological and political work and promote the enterprises' development between healthy,stability and high-speed.
