Abstract
Nowadays higher education has popularized and higher vocational students' employment situation is becoming more and more serious.Vocational college students have a lot of employment psychological problems,such as employment expectations, attitudes, ideas and intentions, etc. In order to solve these problems, the article proposed that vocational colleges should strengthen college students' employment psychological guidance, change employment idea, adjust employment attitudes for students; optimize the talent training pattern of market demand oriented, highlight practical skills training; improve students' employment competitiveness through enhancing comprehensive quality; integrate resources and improve the quality of employment service and effects.
