Abstract
This paper focuses on experimental outcome of semiconductor refrigeration technology used in high-power devices cooling and outlooks the application of semiconductor refrigeration technology.Semiconductor refrigeration also is named thermoelectricity refrigeration.This technology is expected to accurately control the temperature of high power electronic devices in a mine,and has practical significance to decrease electrical safety hazard in a mine.
