Abstract
Semiconductor refrigeration is a new non-polluting way of cooling.In recent years,a growing number of scholars begin to study the refrigeration performance of semiconductor,aiming at improving the cooling efficiency.In this paper,the ways to improve the cooling performance of semiconductor and the main application of semiconductor cooling technology were summed up.The new cooling ways were discussed at the following five aspects: materials,affecting factors,operating conditions optimization,cooling efficiency improvementand and main application,which may provide some reference for future research.
