Abstract
A kind of super absorbent resin based on acrylic acid, acrylamide and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide was synthesized by solution polymerization using potassium persulfate/sodiumbisulfite as an initiator. The effects of mass ratio of monomers, contents of crosslinker and initiator on water absorbing capacity of the polymer were examined. The results showed that the highest water absorbing capacity was 799.3 g/g.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
