Abstract
A anti-salt sodium polyacrylate—co—acrylamide super absorbent resin was polymerized by aqueous solution with N,N-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinker and potassium persulfate as initiator. The effect of some react conditions, such as the ratio of monomers, neutralization degree, initiator, crosslinker, reaction temperature, the drying temperature on the absorbency of and the absorption rate were studied here. The structure and appearance of the morphology of resin were characterized. The absorption of this kind of resin was 1 390 g/g and 95 g/g.
