How to improve the competitivity of local agricultural products in Gansu after China Joinning in WTO

Based on analysing local agricultural products resources, such as Chinese traditional medcined materials, potatoes, flowers and livestock products, as well as their productive conditions and competitive advantages in Gansu, China. Countermeasures and strategies about how to improve their competivity are suggested. It is expect that these suggestions will be benifit for agriculture development of Gansu.
