It is an important philosophy issue to shape the spirit of university.The case that culture is the spirit of university is due to that cultivating talents is the foundation of university and that science is the root of university.The key is the culture character and grand ideal to that university should stick.The university culture is a kind of distinct social culture.It is the basis of university mission.It is a very significant fundamental and strategic work for running university.It should be advanced with the times and be preserved.
