Considerations about the Countermeasures for Perfecting the Rural Mechanical Security System in Present Stage

The rural medical security is an important problem that the government of our country is making great efforts to solving at present. Starting from the considerations about the countermeasures, this paper points out that in the present stage we should stand on the real conditions of our country, give full play to the guiding functions of the government, develop well the reform of the medical and health system, use the domestic and foreign experiences for reference, and create the rural medical security system fitting in with our country's actual conditions.
