Analysis on clinical efficacy of colposeptine and metronidazole in treatment of bacterial vaginitis

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of colposeptine and metronidazole in treatment of bacterial vaginitis.Methods:150 cases diagnosed as bacterial vaginitis definitely were divided into A group(treated with metronidazole)(n=75)and B group(treated with colposeptine and metronidazole)(n=75),the effective rates and relapse rates after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in effective rate between the two groups on the fifth day after treatment,but on the thirtieth day after treatment,the effective rate of B group was significantly higher than that of A group(P0.05),the relapse rate of B group was significantly lower than that of A group(P0.05).Conclusion:Colposeptine and metronidazole are effective in treatment of bacterial vaginitis with low relapse rate and no adverse reaction,which is worth of spreading.
