Abstract
Objective To study the ettological, clinical symptoms treatment and prognosis of spontaneons cerebellum hemorrhage. Methods 72 cases of cerebellum hemorrhage were studied. Results The main casual of this desease were hypertensive arterioclerotic. Clinical signs were cerebellum, brain stem symptoms and intracranial hypertension. We should select therapentic design according to the amount of bleeding, bleeding part and conditions of ventricular compression and brain - stem compression. Conclusion If the patient with cerebellum hemorrhage get earlier dignosis and treating, the prognosis will be better.
