Abstract
Objective To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of spontaneous cerebellum hemorrhage. Methods The clinical symptom, imaging features, curative effect of conservative treatment of 56 patients with spontaneous cerebellum hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively. Results 46 cases were hemorrhaged in cerebellar hemisphere, 2 cases were blood vessel malformation and 1 case was angioma proved by magnetic resonance angiography, 8 cases were diagnosed by mistake because of no image examination. 46 cases were survival. Conclusions Spontaneous cerebellum hemorrhage was liable to mistaking diagnosis. Conservative treatment was effective in early. Young patient with spontaneous cerebellum hemorrhage was suggested to have magnetic resonance angiography .
