Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of restoration of the endodontically treated maxillary younger incisors with crown fracture and Angle Ⅱ malocclusion with glass fiber post and composite resin.Methods:35 patients and 37 teeth with incisor crown fracture were restored with glass fiber post and composite resin. And among them,30 patients also received orthodontic treatment. Results:All the restorations of the 37 teeth have shown prefect station in the following two years research. Conclusions:Restoration made from glass fiber post and composite resin can achieve esthetic effect for younger incisor with crown fracture, and set the base for the following orthodontic treatment and prosthetics treatment in adults.
