The Suggestions on Construction of Retrial Starting Procedure

Abstract

Retrial starting procedure is an important part of retrial procedure,it concerns with many problems in retrial practice. There are not deep studies on the retrial starting procedure in present,so we can not reasonably establish our retrial procedure. This article puts forward specific suggestions on rebuilding of retrial starting procedure after veviewing different models of retrial starting procedure and analyzes different problems with retrial starting procedure in China.
