Abstract
The revision and perfection of the retrial procedure is one of focus which our country educational world and the society have paid attention on for many years.In 2007 our country has carried on the part revision to the retrial procedure,but this revision still had some defects.To revises and perfect our country's retrial procedure,should link to our country's reality,further clear the object of the retrial procedure,concrete the retrial circumstances,construct the relations between the retrial procedure and the appeal procedure reasonably,establish the science and reasonable retrial pattern.
