Abstract

The right of representation is one of the basic rights of trade union. To realize the right of representation is a precondition and foundation of improving grassroots trade union work.We must find out the factors in realizing the right,analyze the major causes and,seek for measures and approaches of strengthening grassroots trade union's work.
