Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods Select 56 cases of patients with depression in our hospital,randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 28 cases in each group,the control group with amitriptyline in the treatment of,the treatment group was treated by paroxetine.Result After treatment,treatment group with HAMD(Hamilton Depression Scale) scores and ADL(activities of daily living(ADL) rating scale) scores were more improved than that in control group(P0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in patients was lower than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Depression by paroxetine treatment,treatment effect was significant,safety.
