Review on Forest Carbon Sink

Forest is a large carbon sink for the assessment of forest carbon source and carbon sink,but with the destruction of forests,degradation intensified and the fire and other interfering factors,forest ecosystems may become carbon sources.This paper introduced forest carbon storage and the calculation method of economic benefit of carbon sink.We considered that most relevant studies,especially domestic scholars are limited to the absorption or emission calculation of existing forest CO2,failed to clarify the distribution pattern of forest carbon sinks and carbon source,the object of study are lack of accepted methods in the calculation of the economic benefits of forest carbon sink.
