On coordination between urban planning and land use planning

Abstract

Starting from their controversy,the article promulgates deep reasons for the two inharmonious plannings in the light of space planning theory and analysis method.The difficult point and focus point of the two planning coordination problems are dealt with from macroscopic and microcosmic angles.The article shows that the top planning function shortage and the caliber difference construct land scale are the key problems,and puts forward countermeasures concerning the key problems.
