Study on Coordination Between General Land Use Planning and Urban Master Planning

On the basis of the purpose of effective protection and reasonable use of land resource, the paper analyzes the relationship between the two planning and problems of two planning coordination. On this basis, the paper points out that the inconsistency of technical standards, guiding ideology, compiling thinking and administration mode between the two planning is the key issue. At last, binding practical experience, the paper puts forward the ways and methods of solving the problems.
