Influencing Factors of the Farmer's Willingness on Rural Property Mortgage in the West——Based on Survey of 164 Farmers of Tongxin

This paper researches the influencing factors of farmers' willingness on rural property rights mortgage by analyzing survey data of 164 peasants in Tongxin County of Ningxia Autonomous Region in 2012 with binary logistic model. It is found that sex, family members, land area, per capita income, social relations, understanding on mortgage and credit cooperatives service satisfaction have a positive significant impact on the farmers' mortgage willingness; education has a negative significant impact on the farmers' mortgage willingness; age, dependency ratio, management patterns, net asset, traffic convenience and interest rate have no significant impact on the farmers' mortgage willingness.
