Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of omeprazole, levofloxacin, furazolidone and omeprazole, amoxicillin, metronidazole two different triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods One hundred cases of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 patients in each group, the observation group were used omeprazole, levofloxacin, furazolidone triple therapy; the control group were given omeprazole, amoxicillin, metronidazole triple therapy, both groups were taken two weeks for a course of treatment, after the end of treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The Hp eradication rate was 96.00% in obeservation group, which was significantly higher than 82.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ 2 =4.986, P = 0.037 0.05). The adverse drug reaction rate of observation group was 8.00%, the control group was 18.00%, the difference was not statistically significant (χ 2 =3.014, P = 0.178 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of omeprazole, levofloxacin, furazolidone triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection is superior to omeprazole, amoxicillin, metronidazole triple therapy, it can significantly improve the H. pylori eradication rate, has no serious adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical application.
