A Collaborative Model of Professional Degree Graduate Cultivation Mechanism Based on Research Background

Abstract

Since 2009, the Ministry of Education decided to implement full-time programs for the postgraduate education of specialized degree training to enhance the quality of professional degree graduate cultivation. Based on the new perspective of professional degree graduate's industry-university-research cultivation mechanism, using the system theory to put the research institutions and universities as the main body of professional degree students' talent training system, This article constructs a theory model which puts the organization-process-resources as the professional degree student's cultivation.
