Analysis of the Low Income Group in Xi'an

With the income creasing among the inhabitants, more and more questions appear in the low income group. Strengthening the protection to the low income group is not only the important foundation of establishment and consummation to the socialism market economic system at present, and the promotion to the economy development, but also the basic guarantee to maintain the social stable and essence requests to the realization of becoming wealthy socialism together.
