Abstract

For the development of college students,the important aspect of higher education is to make students with the quality that is not forgettable.As a person's nature,quality can form and develop under the environmental impact and educational training.In addition,it comes into being basic quality structure with relative stabilization and functions in long run.Quality-oriented education is people's internal activity and dynamic of their sustainable development.It is to promote personnel's all-round development.
