Discussion on Establishing A New Mode of Forest Resources Management with Forest Management Plan as A Platform and Link

With forest management plan as a platform,the scientific development philosophy,the theory of sustainable forest management and the strategy of building a harmonious socialist society can be implemented.Additionally,the level of scientific forest silvicultre can be improved continuously,and the policy and target on strict protection,active development,scientific management,and sustainable utilization of forest resourcescan be achieved better.By using forest management plan as a link,all aspects of forest resources management can be taken into account effectively and such fundamental jobs as classification and division of forests,site quality research and evaluation,development and verification of forestry tables,and establishment of the forest resources management information system can be done well so as to develop a new mode of coordinated forest resources management and push the forest resources management of our country to a new level.
