Abstract

To develop a method for the determination of oleic acid and linoleic acid in Brucea javanica (L.)Merr.Methods:The sample was determined with capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)by GC.The column temperature was 205℃,the injector temperature was 220℃,the detector temperature was 250℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1).Results:Oleic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 3.1-27.5 mg(r =0.9995)and the average recovery(n=3)was 99.3%-99.6%,RSD was 0.8%-2.0%.Linoleic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.0-10.0mg(r=0.9998)and the average recovery(n=3)was 97.7%-100.1%,RSD was 0.7%-2.6%.Conclusions:The method is sensitifive, simple and accurate for the determination of oleic acid and linoleic acid in Brucea javanica.
