On the Design of Higher Vocational Hotel English Curriculum based on Project Curriculum Theory

Curriculum design which is based on project curriculum theory has become the main trend of higher vocational colleges' curriculum reforms.But its teaching practice research is still in the stage of exploration,and needed more attention to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Hotel English course should follow the social demands,develop and design curriculum according to the raising of students' professional abilities.In the implementation it should establish vocational scene teaching method based on students as center,forming project curriculum module with typical working task to construct diversified evaluating system.
