Abstract
Extraction process of tea polysaccharide was studied from four factors including the ratio of material to liquid, extracting time, extracting temperature and ethanol concentration. The result indicated that the extracting time and temperature most significantly influenced the extraction yield of tea polysaccharide. But the ethanol concentration and the rate of material to liquid had no significant correlation. The optimum extraction condition was 1:10 material of solid to liquid,60 min extracting time,100 ℃ extracting temperature,75 % ethanol concentration when depositing polysaccharide.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
