Problems of Human Resources Management in Vocational Colleges and Solutions

Substantial achievements have been made in the reform of personnel system in the vocational colleges.But as most of the vocational colleges are still at the traditional personnel management phase,there are still many such problems that should not be ignored as the misallocation of internal human resources,the endless pursuing of high diploma.This paper has studied the problems on the current human resources management in the vocational colleges and proposed some countermeasures: the introduction of talents,the personnel training,the excitation mechanism for personnel and the building of administrative personnel.
